Let’s plan to meet tonight about 7:00. A couple of things we might do:
Clean up the backside of the new flatscreen mount, prepare it for painting.
Re-image the video streaming PC
Connect all 3 computers in the soundbooth to the switch
I don’t want to spend too much time tonight, I need to get home and take care [...]
Tonight, let’s meet at 6:30 or so and we will be hanging 2 light bars and maybe re-imaging the lobby PC.

Tonight, we will be meeting at church to get the satellite signal fine tuned. I have instructions on what to do if we have no signal, but I’m sure we will be fine. Let’s meet about 6:30 and get ‘er done.
