Let’s plan to meet this week, there are a couple things we need to discuss.

• PC Workshop this Saturday, which has had absolutely no publicity(unless it was in the bulletin Sunday) and that’s ok.  There are a handful of people that I have told about it, so they may show up.   There is also a church computer that needs to be re-imaged and we can do that then, if it’s ready, plus sblobby needs to be fixed or registered and we have 3 new laptops to configure to the network.  This is like our own personal PC Workshop.
• New equipment - Some of our new equipment is in and I would like to talk about a plan for installation.  May 17 is the Saturday I’m looking at to install many things.  I really haven’t thought through what we need to get done and I thought we could talk through that.  Here is pretty much what needs to get done.

mount flatscreens
run cables through the ceiling
hang a projector
run a cable from the sound booth over to the chair room for lighting
install some ceiling speakers in the theatre
determine where to hang 8 new lights and hang light bars

• I want to see who wants to help get the website up to where it needs to be to publicize it, it shouldn’t take much.

SoundsGreat should be in next Monday to install the new delay speaker and relocate the middle one in the sanctuary.

So, Tuesday may be a hang out and plan kind of night and that’s about what I’m up for.  I’ll probably be there by 6 or so, so come whenever.
